San Diego Chargers wide receiver Dontrelle Inman will not return after being carted off the field against the Denver Broncos following a scary hit to the helmet.
Inman was surrounded by trainers and players for several minutes before being placed on a stretcher and carted off the field.
The 26-year-old is being evaluated for a neck injury, the Chargers announced shortly after he left the game.
Safety David Bruton delivered the helmet-to-helmet hit that caused Inman's injury.
