The Washington Redskins moved into first place in the NFC East with their win over the New York Giants on Sunday, and while there's still plenty of football left to be played, some players are already thinking ahead to a potential Super Bowl run.

That was the central focus of what defensive tackle Ricky Jean Francois told his Washington teammates during Saturday night's players-only meeting.

"I was one of the guys that spoke," Jean Francois said on ESPN 980 on Monday afternoon, according to Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post. "And I was like, I don't know how many times we've got to hit our heads against the wall to know we have the team to actually win it all. All we've just got to do is actually display it and actually believe in it.

"And I said another (thing): if you trust the man next to you, the job is gonna get done. If I can trust Jason Hatcher, I can trust Chris Baker, I can trust (Stephen) Paea, my job is easy because I know those guys gonna get that job done. We have the team to win it all. The only people that got to believe is the people inside this locker room."

The Redskins currently sit at 5-6 with five games left to be played. Their next matchup is against the Dallas Cowboys, and Jean Francois is confident they'll come away with a win.

"We got all the pieces," he said. "We got every last piece. If everybody believes that we have all the pieces like we did last week, I promise you on this Monday night, on that center stage, in the DMV, inside FedEx stadium, it's going to be something magical to look at against the Dallas Cowboys."
