Chicago Bulls point guard Kirk Hinrich will not play versus the San Antonio Spurs Monday night, according to the Chicago Tribune's K.K. Johnson.
The 34-year-old veteran was initially listed as questionable on Sunday due to a hip injury he suffered on Friday against the Indiana Pacers.
With fellow reserve guard Aaron Brooks out with a hamstring injury, much of the primary ball-handling and play-making duties will fall on Derrick Rose and third-stringer E'Twaun Moore.
Hinrich is averaging 8.4 points and 2.1 assists through seven games this season.
