Here's a look at the injury situation around the NFL heading into Week 12, with the Thanksgiving Day participants excluded.

Quarterbacks

Tyrod Taylor, Bills (at Chiefs) - Probable

A shoulder injury suffered late in Monday's loss to the Patriots visibly hampered Taylor during the team's final drive, but Rex Ryan expects him to be available against Kansas City.

Peyton Manning, Broncos (vs. Patriots) - Out

Brock Osweiler led Denver to a win over Chicago, and will make his second start against New England in prime time. Manning continues to recover from a foot injury and the team announced he will miss at least two more weeks.

Joe Flacco, Ravens (at Browns) - Out

Flacco suffered a season-ending knee injury Sunday, and Matt Schaub will start in his place Monday at Cleveland.

Brian Hoyer, Texans (vs. Saints) - Probable

Hoyer will return after missing Houston's win over the Jets with a concussion. He has a great matchup against New Orleans, which has allowed the most passing touchdowns (28) and the second-most passing yards per game (293.1).

Josh McCown, Browns (vs. Ravens) - Probable

With Johnny Manziel being benched for disciplinary reasons, McCown (ribs) is clearly healthy enough to start Monday against Baltimore. McCown's best performance of the season came in Week 5 against the Ravens, when he threw for 457 yards and two TDs, while adding a rushing score.

Running Backs

Devonta Freeman, Falcons (vs. Vikings) - Out

Freeman left Sunday's game with a concussion and did not return, with rookie Tevin Coleman only managing 48 yards on 17 carries. He was unable to practice this week and was declared out, meaning Coleman and fellow rookie Terron Ward will carry the rushing load.

Justin Forsett, Ravens (at Browns) - Out

A broken arm ended Forsett's season Sunday, and rookie Javorius Allen is set to start the rest of the way for the injury-riddled Ravens, beginning with a matchup against Cleveland's league-worst rush defense.

Frank Gore, Colts (vs. Buccaneers) - Probable

Gore sustained a minor knee injury in the team's win over Atlanta, but it isn't expected to sideline him. Ahmad Bradshaw would receive more work if Gore is limited or out.

Charcandrick West, Chiefs (vs. Bills) - Questionable

West left with a hamstring injury Sunday, and backup Spencer Ware ran all over the Chargers, registering a 11-96-2 rushing line. West is currently day-to-day, and Knile Davis would also be in the mix if he can't play.

Carlos Hyde, 49ers (vs. Cardinals) - Out

Hyde missed his third straight game Sunday, with replacement Shaun Draughn making his biggest impact in the passing game, registering eight receptions for 40 yards. Hyde was officially ruled out for Week 12 on Friday having not practiced all week.

Marshawn Lynch, Seahawks (vs. Steelers) - Out

Rookie Thomas Rawls (above) has outrushed Lynch 604 yards to 417, despite only receiving 101 carries to the veteran's 111. Rawls had a big game Sunday with the workload all to himself, totaling 255 combined yards and two TDs.

It might not be a bad thing for Seattle's offense if Lynch takes as much time he needs to recover from his latest ailment, and the team expects the veteran to miss at least four weeks after undergoing sports hernia surgery.

Alfred Morris, Redskins (vs. Giants) - Probable

A rib injury caused Morris to exit early in Washington's loss to Carolina. Considering that even when healthy, he shares touches with Matt Jones and Chris Thompson, Morris doesn't have the fantasy value he once did.

Wide Receivers

Danny Amendola, Patriots (at Broncos) - Questionable

Amendola led the Patriots in catches (9), yards (117) and targets (12) against the Bills before leaving with a knee injury. With Julian Edelman expected to be out until the playoffs, the Patriots are essentially down to deep threat Brandon LaFell and rookie Chris Harper at receiver, with Harper the likely candidate to fill the slot role if Keshawn Martin can't return from a hamstring injury.

Amendola has a sprained knee, but was able to practice Friday, so suiting up for Week 12 seems like a possibility.

Emmanuel Sanders, Broncos (vs. Patriots) - Probable

Sanders sat out Denver's win over Chicago with a high ankle sprain, with the slack in the passing game picked up by tight ends Owen Daniels and Vernon Davis, who combined for 10 catches and 137 yards. He has been back in practice, so his chances of playing Sunday appear good.

Michael Floyd, Cardinals (at 49ers) - Questionable

Floyd sat out Arizona's win over Cincinnati with a hamstring ailment. He had scored at least one TD in each of the four previous games, and had seemingly carved out a role among Larry Fitzgerald and John Brown in a Cardinals offense that ranks fourth in passing yards per game.

Doug Baldwin, Seahawks (vs. Steelers) - Probable

Baldwin, Seattle's leading receiver in yards (539) and co-leader in receptions (44) and TDs (three), suffered an ankle injury but isn't expected to miss Sunday's meeting with Pittsburgh.

Kendall Wright, Titans (vs. Raiders) - Probable

Despite not having played since Week 8, Wright still ranks second to TE Delanie Walker in receptions, yards and targets. He's expected to be healthy enough to return Sunday against Oakland.

Jarvis Landry, Dolphins (vs. Jets) - Questionable

Landry, who leads Miami with 63 receptions and is second to Rishard Matthews in receiving yards, is questionable with a knee injury. If he can play, he'll likely enjoy facing a Darrelle Revis-free Jets secondary.

Tight Ends

Jordan Reed, Redskins (vs. Giants) - Probable

Reed left then returned to Sunday's game with a knee injury, finishing with six catches for 46 yards. However, Reed was not listed on the Redskins' Week 12 injury report indicating he should play Sunday.

Larry Donnell, Giants (at Redskins) - Out

Donnell missed two games with a neck injury, but a "troubling result" discovered Wednesday in an MRI will likely continue to sideline him, and he's been declared out again. Will Tye, who caught five passes for 56 yards in his most recent game, will start again.

Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Buccaneers (at Colts) - Doubtful

The second-year tight end hasn't played since suffering a shoulder injury in Week 2, and won't return until he's been cleared for contact.
