Carey Price to return from injury Friday

The Montreal Canadiens are about to receive a gigantic boost to their lineup.

Carey Price will start against the New York Islanders on Friday.

Price has been out of the lineup since Oct. 29 with a lower-body injury. He's 7-2-0 with a 2.01 GAA and .936 save percentage this season.

Mike Condon made nine consecutive starts in his absence, putting together a record of 5-2-2. Dustin Tokarski has been sent to St. John's of the American Hockey League to make way for Price's return.
