VIDEO: Cal's Jared Goff hooks up with Tre Watson for 45-yard touchdown

It had been more than a year since Cal's Tre Watson had a receiving touchdown before he and Jared Goff hooked up through the air on Saturday against Oregon State.
Goff threw a flat pass to the Corona, Calif., native, who cut to his right, found his blockers, and tiptoed down the sideline for the touchdown.
