DFS: Bargain Plays - Week 10's Top Sleepers

Here are the best sleeper plays for the NFL's slate in Week 10:

QB Kirk Cousins, Redskins (vs. Saints)

The Saints have not defended against the pass very well. The likes of Sam Bradford and a banged-up Marcus Mariota have had excellent games, and Eli Manning threw a career best six TDs against them.

Cousins is not a great QB. He has thrown 10 TDs to go with nine interceptions. He has thrown two interceptions four times. But he comes at an extreme bargain against a weak opponent while playing at home. His ownership will likely be higher, but he makes a solid cash game play - priced low enough to also allow funds to be spread among more top shelf talent.

WR Pierre Garcon, Redskins (vs. Saints)

For even better savings, handcuff Cousins with Garcon, who is priced lower than he should be. Even with DeSean Jackson playing, Garcon is Cousins' most consistent target at WR. He's middle of the road most weeks, but his ceiling is elevated against a defense that has allowed more passing TDs than any other.

By selecting the Cousins to Garcon connection, it frees up salary for a potent DFS lineup. Garcon's normally pedestrian stats should elevate in Week 10. It's not unreasonable to expect him to eclipse his season high seven receptions.

TE Eric Ebron, Lions (at Packers)

There is a steep drop in price from the expected elite at TE to the mid and bottom tiers. Ebron is priced, depending on the DFS site, like he's not a worthwhile pickup. This is not the case.

He missed some time, but the injury is no longer a concern and he's had more good weeks than mediocre ones. He's hauled in three TDs and could be good for another against a Packers D that doesn't defend against TEs very well.

RB LeGarrette Blount, Patriots (at Giants)

While there are cheaper options, Blount finds himself further down the salary ladder than perhaps he should be. With Dion Lewis out for the season, and Blount seeing a lot of snaps, his increase in value figures to be exponential.

He's also coming off an incredible game against Washington where he tallied 129 yards and a TD. Those concerned over how the Patriots change things up from week to week shouldn't worry because he's the only real option in their running game. If the Pats jump out to an early lead, Blount will be a beast. The only real knock on him is his lack of exposure in the passing game.
