VIDEO: Washington State's Keith Harrington flagged for high-fiving fan

Pac-12 officials took a rule out of the NFL's "Fun Police" manual in the Washington State-Arizona State game.

In a tight game, Cougars running back Keith Harrington scored a touchdown to give his team a 17-14 third-quarter lead. In the heat of the moment, the freshman jumped at the end of the end zone and high-fived a fan.

A flag for unsportsmanlike conduct instantly hit the field.
