Arizona State's Todd Graham: 'Do we steal signals? Yeah, we do'

Arizona State has recently come under fire for allegedly stealing signs from other teams.

Head coach Todd Graham, though, isn't hiding anything because he says it's all part of the game.

"Do we steal signals? Yeah, we do," Graham told reporters Tuesday. "Do people steal our signals? Yeah, (they) do."

Graham added that he's not doing anything out of the norm, and doesn't mean to be malicious when he insists that the Sun Devils aren't alone in the endeavor.

"We are definitely going by the rules," he said. "There’s not anything illegal about looking at somebody's signals or ... somebody's groupings. I don't really care about what anybody else says. ... But if I had a question about somebody else I'd pick up the phone and call him."

Though in all awkwardness, stealing signs hasn't really helped the Sun Devils this season. The team is currently a middle-of-the-pack squad in the Pac-12 South at 4-4 and 2-3 in conference play.
