Jeff Teague's postgame X-rays negative on sore finger

Following the Atlanta Hawks' defeat of the Charlotte Hornets, point guard Jeff Teague received X-rays on a sore finger.

The X-rays came back negative, according to Hawks beat writer Chris Vivlamore.

Teague scored 18 points, grabbed six boards, and dished out four assists in the tight 94-92 victory against their Southeast Division rivals.

The Hawks' next game is Tuesday versus the Miami Heat.
