No. 10 Iowa has been one of college football's surprise teams in 2015, roaring to an undefeated start and matching last season's win total in just seven games.

PGA tour player Zach Johnson, an Iowa native, registered one of the biggest surprise victories of the 2015 golf season, winning the Open Championship at St. Andrews despite being an 80/1 underdog entering play.

The two success stories from Iowa will meet Saturday, with Johnson serving as honorary captain for the home game against Maryland.

In addition to joining the captains for the coin toss, Johnson will also speak to the team in the locker room before and after the game, according to Hawkcentral.com.

If the Hawkeyes can down the Terrapins, Iowa will have started 8-0 for just the second time in school history.
