Minnesota Wild forward Jason Pominville escaped injury after taking a questionable hit from Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien on Sunday.

Byfuglien delivered a punishing hit to Pominville as he was falling against the boards late in the third period. The Wild forward managed to get up on his own accord and remained in the game.
Byfuglien received a minor for boarding on the play, giving him 12 penalty minutes through eight games this season.
