Preparations for Bayern Munich's visit to north London for a Champions League Group F battle with Arsenal on Tuesday have hit a snag, as the Bavarian side's bus hit a parked car as the team left for the Emirates Stadium.

Several passersby witnessed the collision, where thankfully nobody was injured, with reports surfacing that Bayern boss Pep Guardiola exited the bus to angrily survey the damage.

While it's far from the nature of the defending Bundesliga champions to play a defensive-minded match, perhaps the events leading up to Tuesday's tilt are a prescient reminder of the benefits of "parking the bus."
