Virginia Tech QB Brewer to start Saturday vs. Duke

Virginia Tech quarterback Michael Brewer will start Saturday versus Duke for the first time since breaking his collarbone in the season opener Sept. 7.

The senior signal-caller missed five games before returning to throw four passes in relief in the Hokies' 30-20 loss at Miami last week.

Virginia Tech has lost three of its last four games with junior Brenden Motley filling in under center, and face a tough task hosting the no. 23 Blue Devils Saturday.
