UFC to cut TUF finalist Matt Van Buren
Another veteran of "The Ultimate Fighter 19" is being jettisoned from the UFC.
Hours after TUF 19 middleweight winner Eddie Gordon announced his impending release from the promotion, light heavyweight finalist Matt Van Buren has also found himself on the chopping block.

(2/2) mate. Coach asked me to turn it down, so I did. Just got released from UFC after @danawhite said they wanted me back. I don't get it

The 29-year-old Van Buren was 0-2 in his brief UFC tenure, losing to Corey Anderson via TKO in the TUF 19 finale last July, before suffering another TKO loss to Sean O'Connell at UFC Fight Night 59 in January.
