Kyle Schwarber's home run power will be on display in more ways than one throughout the remainder of the postseason.

The Chicago Cubs rookie smashed an absolute bomb into right field on Tuesday, which landed on top of the Budweiser video board, to help secure a National League Division Series win.

It turns out the Cubs will leave the ball on top of the video board until the postseason concludes as a memento of their Game 4 victory, Paul Sullivan of the Chicago Tribune reports.

The ball will be encased in plexiglass to protect it from weather, and security will escort anyone who needs to go to the top of the board to ensure it isn't stolen.

Schwarber admitted postgame that the ball could be famous for more reasons than one, telling media he called his shot prior to hitting the 419-foot homer off St. Louis Cardinals reliever Kevin Siegrist.
