Report: Cowboys to work out LaMike James

The Dallas Cowboys are bringing in free-agent running back LaMike James for a workout Wednesday, Ross Jones of FOXSports.com reports.
James appeared in one game for the Miami Dolphins this season before being released by the team last month.
The Cowboys lost Lance Dunbar to a season-ending torn ACL, leaving Joseph Randle, Darren McFadden, and Christine Michael as their only running backs.
A second-round pick of the San Francisco 49ers in the 2012 NFL Draft, James has carried the ball 44 times for 193 yards in 18 career games.
