It didn't take Rutgers wide receiver Leonte Carroo very long to make an impact in his return.
Carroo missed the last two games after he was suspended following his arrest on an assault charge. However, the charge was dropped earlier this week, Carroo was reinstated to the team, and he picked up right where he left off.
After catching a 5-yard touchdown pass to start the second quarter, Carroo hauled in his second score of the game, a 39-yard pass from Chris Laviano.
The touchdown gave the Scarlet Knights a 14-7 lead over No. 4 Michigan State. Carroo added a third touchdown catch in the third quarter, giving him his second three-touchdown game of the season.
