Devils' Kinkaid to start Saturday vs. Capitals

Kinkaid will get the start in net in Saturday's tilt against Washington, Tom Gulitti of The Record reports.

Analysis:

Cory Schneider got the nod for Friday's 3-1 loss to the Jets, so it isn't a huge surprise that the Devils will opt to roll with Kinkaid in the second of back to back contests Saturday. Kinkaid was solid in limited action with New Jersey last season, posting a 6-5-4 record with a 2.59 GAA and .915 save percentage.
