UCLA linebacker Myles Jack has withdrawn from the program and will enter the 2016 NFL Draft. Bruins head coach Jim Mora made the announcement Tuesday and voiced his concerns about Jack's decision.

"I think it's very risky to do this," Mora said. "I've been in 25 draft rooms. I've never seen a guy taken off (two games of junior tape). Myles' talent is without question. I hope he's put enough out there where they can get a true evaluation."

Jack is one of the premier linebackers in the country, but his season was cut short after three games because of a torn anterior meniscus. Declaring to go pro this early is a rarity in college football.

The junior is a two-time All-Conference player in the Pac-12 and was a preseason All-American heading into 2015. He posted 87 tackles and eight tackles for loss last season.

Jack captured the attention of the nation in 2013 by excelling as a two-way player for the Bruins, but opted to focus almost solely on defense last season.
