Two of the league's most dynamic forces met Monday in a collision that likely shifted tectonic plates on the West Coast.
Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor proved why he's the best open-field hitter in the NFL, leveling Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson in the fourth quarter. The play was negated due to a personal foul on Lions left tackle Riley Reiff.

Johnson, widely known by his "Megatron" nickname, seldom loses a physical battle. It's a moment both players may quickly shrug off despite its impact.
