Orlando City's playoff hopes may be in the balance as the Lions play host to the Montreal Impact, but those hopes were put aside momentarily after a nasty collision between Rafael Ramos and Tommy Redding forced a double substitution early in the first half.
5' Ramos and Redding both down on the pitch. Collided face-to-face at high speed going up for a header. The stretcher is out.

The two teammates jumped for the same ball but didn't notice each other and butted heads hard. Ramos, the worse off of the two, was bleeding profusely from a contusion on his forehead. Both players were stretchered off.
