Ohio State's Ezekiel Elliott asks Taylor Swift for a date on Twitter

It appears as though Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott has been taking some lessons from teammate Cardale Jones.

In July, the Buckeyes quarterback tried to snag a date with UFC fighter Ronda Rousey at the ESPYs, and also tried to get Kendall Jenner's attention, because you miss 100 percent of the shots you don't take.

Now, it's Elliott trying his hand at flirting via Twitter, and his target is pop star Taylor Swift, who is set to perform in Columbus on Thursday.

Brutus Buckeye, however, may have some other ideas.
