Chicago Bears defensive tackle Jeremiah Ratliff left Saturday's preseason game against the Cincinnati Bengals with an ankle injury.
Bears head coach John Fox said postgame that Ratliff didn't break his ankle. However, the veteran defensive tackle was seen sporting a walking boot and will likely undergo a MRI on Sunday, according to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune.
At 34, the four-time Pro Bowler remains one of the core pieces of the Bears' defense. Will Sutton will likely gain repetitions in Ratliff's absence.
Defensive tackle Eddie Goldman also left the game to be evaluated for a concussion.
