Report: Kings invite Peter Budaj to training camp on pro tryout

The Los Angeles Kings will have an extra goalie at training camp.
The club has invited veteran Peter Budaj on a professional tryout, according to Jon Rosen of LAKings Insider.
The Kings have both Jonathan Quick and Jhonas Enroth under contract for the upcoming season, but with Martin Jones no longer in the mix as a backup, and top prospect J.F. Berube recovering from an injury suffered late last season, Budaj should provide some healthy competition in camp.
The 32-year-old appeared in 19 games for the AHL's St. John's IceCaps last season, posting a record of 0-9-6 with an .888 save percentage. In 296 NHL games, he has 124 wins and a career save percentage of .903.
