Barcelona forward Neymar has been photographed with a swollen face as he deals with a case of the mumps, which he reportedly picked up in Brazil.
The star has been ruled out for his side's Super Cup matches and is expected to miss another couple of weeks while recovering. Club staff remains on high alert for any signs of the virus in teammates which can spread from close contact.
But Neymar isn't letting the virus keep him down, and his selfie game is a strong as ever, chubby cheeks and all:
