Joey Logano was fastest in his No. 12 Team Penske Ford in qualifying on Saturday afternoon to win the Coors Light Pole Award ahead of the Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen International.

Logano's fastest lap of 124.308 mph helped him secure his fourth pole in eight Xfinity Series races this season. The Sprint Cup regular has won three races and collected five top-fives in NASCAR's second-tier series in 2015.

Logano also broke a track qualifying record on his way to the pole. He surpassed the 124.194 mph record set by his Team Penske teammate Brad Keselowski last year.

Keselowski - won the 2013 Zippo 200 - joins Logano in the front row after he rounded The Glen with a fastest lap of 123.607 mph.

Both Logano and Keselowski started 2014's Zippo 200 on the front row as well. Keselowski secured the pole and Logano grabbed the number two spot.

Chase Elliott will start in third after turning a fastest lap of 123.521 mph and Kyle Larson (123.521 mph) will start fourth. Points leader Chris Buescher (122.800 mph) will start Saturday's race in fifth.

Ty Dillon (122.790 mph), Boris Said (122.781 mph), Regan Smith (122.781 mph), Brian Scott (122.710 mph), and Paul Menard (122.570 mph) rounded out the top-10.

The green flag waves Saturday at 3 p.m. ET.
