PHOTO: Jason Pierre-Paul spotted with hand heavily bandaged

New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul has been very secretive about his hand injury after a fireworks accident earlier this month, to the point where even his team has been left in the dark.

While the severity of the injury remains unknown, these photos released by The Daily News on Friday don't look promising.

The Giants are yet to have Pierre-Paul examined by their doctors and remain unsure if the pass rusher will show up to training camp for treatment.

Pierre-Paul hasn't signed his franchise tender and New York has pulled any long-term contract offers to the 26-year-old.
