No end in sight for Pippen-Shaq Instagram war

Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

NBA legends Shaquille O'Neal and Scottie Pippen aren't going to step down gracefully in their war of words (and photos) on Instagram.

"The Big Aristotle" began the back-and-forth Monday by saying an all-time Los Angeles Lakers lineup would dismantle one from the Chicago Bulls, which Pippen wholeheartedly disagreed with.

Pippen flaunted his six championship rings, awful photoshopped images were made, both gentlemen were referred to as "sidekicks," and Shaq was yet again ridiculed for his ghastly free-throw shooting.

Speaking of awful photoshopped images:

O'Neal then brought out the big guns, posting footage of his iconic alley-oop jam with Kobe Bryant from the 2000 NBA playoffs against Pippen's Portland Trail Blazers:

All the ammunition Pippen needs are the six pieces of bling on his fingers, though:

Game over, @shaq. All that's ever mattered to me is winning and we did plenty of that in Chicago...
