It wasn't always pretty, but behind Jonathon Simmons' team-high 23 points on 7-of-14 shooting, the Spurs add some more hardware to the mantle, becoming the third Las Vegas Summer League champions ever.
Simmons' performance earned him MVP honors for the championship game.

Kyle Anderson - the No. 30 pick in the 2014 NBA Draft and the recent recipient of the Summer League Most Valuable Player award - had a respectable showing in the final game, finishing with 15 points, seven rebounds, and four assists in 31 minutes.

Leading the way for Phoenix was guard Mike James, who had a game-high 32 points on some stellar shooting across the board: 10-of-18 from the field, 3-of-6 from 3-point range, and 9-of-11 from the charity stripe.
