Dana White still doesn't believe Aldo's rib is fractured

UFC president Dana White engaged in a spirited Q&A during UFC Fan Expo in Las Vegas on Friday afternoon, and he's apparently still convinced that Jose Aldo doesn't have a fractured rib.

Aldo, the longtime UFC featherweight champion, was forced to pull out of his much-hyped bout against Conor McGregor at UFC 189 after suffering a rib injury during a sparring session in late June.

Conflicting reports floated around about the severity of the ailment following the injury. Some doctors maintained it was just a bruise and cartilage damage, while others claimed Aldo had suffered a fracture.

Ultimately, Aldo was replaced in the main event by two-time title challenger Chad Mendes, and the promotion's biggest pay-per-view chugged right along with a new main event that's arguably almost equally compelling.
