The Vancouver Canucks signed defenseman Matt Bartkowski to a 1-year contract on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old has played his entire career with the Boston Bruins, racking up 24 points in 131 career games.
He tallied four assists in 47 games for the Bruins this past season.
