Taylor Chorney signs 1-way contract with Capitals

Taylor Chorney will fill out the Washington Capitals' defensive rotation next season, after signing a one-way contract with the club.
The team announced that he will make $700,000.
Chorney came up to aid the injury-ravaged Pittsburgh Penguins late last season, making just seven starts.
