Michael Bolsinger: Leaves Start With Illness

Bolsinger left Monday night's start against Arizona with what may be food poisoning, Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register reports.

Analysis:

This is a tough break for Bolsinger, who'd struck out four without a walk and worked around three hits over four scoreless innings. Bolsinger will more than likely feel better in time to take his sparkling 2.76 ERA into his next start Sunday against the Mets, and he'll also try to finish six innings for the first time since June 8.
