The Toronto Maple Leafs added to their blue line Saturday, sending Brad Ross and a fourth-round pick in the 2015 Draft to the Edmonton Oilers in exchange for Martin Marincin.

Marincin is a restricted free agent coming off an entry-level contract. He averaged nearly 19 minutes of ice time in 85 career games over two seasons with the Oilers, recording one goal and 11 points.

Ross recently signed in Europe after spending the last three seasons bouncing between the AHL and the ECHL. The former second-round pick has never appeared in an NHL game.

Edmonton flipped the pick they acquired from Toronto to the Ottawa Senators along with Travis Ewanyk in exchange for defenseman Eric Gryba.
