Report: Wolves trade up for Duke G Jones
Brooklyn, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - The Minnesota Timberwolves reportedly traded a pair of early second-round picks to the Cleveland Cavaliers for freshman Duke guard Tyus Jones on Thursday night.
The Wolves sent their 31st and 36th selections to the Cavaliers, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
Jones averaged 11.8 points and 5.6 assists per game for the national-champion Blue Devils last season.
