It's the day before the NBA Draft, making it one of the year's busiest rumor days. As such, there's word the Charlotte Hornets are in the market to trade power forward Cody Zeller, according to Yahoo Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.

Charlotte is shopping Zeller "hard" for help at small forward or shooting guard, two positions that were sore spots for the team last season. One failure in that regard, Lance Stephenson, has already been dealt to the Los Angeles Clippers for small forward Matt Barnes and center Spencer Hawes.

Zeller missed 19 of the Hornets' last 20 games with a shoulder injury, but the 22-year-old second-year Indiana product averaged 7.6 points and 5.8 rebounds last season. If he's moved for the desired shooter and scorer, the Hornets would flip the script and target a big man in the draft, perhaps Frank Kaminsky of Wisconsin.

Several mock drafts have linked the Hornets to Kentucky's Devin Booker given their desperate need for wing scoring. Charlotte ranked last in the NBA this season in 3-point percentage.
