Paulo Dybala completes €32-million switch to Juventus, signs 5-year contract
The worst-kept secret in Italian football was made official Thursday, as Paulo Dybala completed a €32-million move to Juventus F.C. from U.S. Citta di Palermo, putting pen to paper on a five-year deal.

Thursday's announcement was a mere formality as Dybala, 21, openly admitted he was on the verge of signing with the Serie A champions toward the end of May, saying: "Juventus are the side that wanted me most. They made a real effort to sign me and this is why I made this decision."
Prior to that, Palermo manager Giuseppe Iachini had essentially confirmed the prodigy's change of allegiance, telling Sky Sport Italia: "Dybala is now a Juventus player."
Through 34 Serie A appearances last season, Dybala notched 13 goals and 10 assists, the only player to put up double figures in both categories.

While this is purely speculation, Dybala is likely the long-term replacement for Carlos Tevez, who many believe will leave Juventus to wrap up his career elsewhere. Liverpool are believed to be admirers of the 31-year-old Argentinian, while a return to Boca Juniors - where Tevez started his career - could also become a reality.
