Chester, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Sebastien Le Toux registered a goal and an assist as the Philadelphia Union defeated the Columbus Crew FC 3-0 on Wednesday night at PPL Park.

Philadelphia has struggled for the majority of the season, but appeared to get things slightly back on track with consecutive wins over D.C. United and the New York Red Bulls. The Union would open the scoring in the 41st minute when Cristian Maidana worked his way through the Crew defense and found Sebastien Le Toux inside the box. Le Toux then found C. J. Sapong alone in close and found the back of the net.Philadelphia would take the 1-0 lead into the break.

In the 53rd minute Crew keeper Steve Clark fumbled the ball and Vincent Nogueira sent a ball high over the keeper that found the back of the net for a 2-0 lead.

Le Toux put the finishing touches on Columbus when Sheanon Williams sent a beautiful pass in to the box. Le Toux sent a right footed shot from very close range in to the back of the net to give the Union a 3-0 win.
