Barcelona will honor iconic midfielder Xavi in Saturday's season finale against Deportivo, wearing a kit that will bear a commemorative message emblazoned on the chest.

The 35-year-old midfielder, who joined Barcelona's famed youth academy in 1991 - when he was only 11 years old - confirmed last week that he will leave the only club he's ever known for Qatari side Al Sadd this summer.
