Dylan Larkin will leave Michigan for Red Wings, signs entry-level deal

Get ready for the pros, Dylan Larkin.
The top prospect of the Detroit Red Wings, who played impressive hockey for the U.S. at the World Championship, will leave Michigan University for the Red Wings.
The team announced that the two parties came to an agreement on a three-year entry-level contract on Thursday.
Larkin, 18, was selected by Detroit in the first round of the 2014 draft and recorded 15 goals and 32 assists in 35 games for Michigan in 2014-15.
The youngster is expected to suit up for the Grand Rapids Griffins against the Utica Comets in the Calder Cup's Western Conference Finals, which begins Sunday.
