Report: Maple Leafs to speak to OHL coach Sheldon Keefe

After it broke Saturday that the Toronto Maple Leafs were one of the lead candidates in the Mike Babcock sweepstakes, it looks as though the team might have another name in mind as well.
The Maple Leafs are expected to speak to OHL's Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds head coach Sheldon Keefe, regarding either a position with the big club or with the team's American Hockey League affiliate, the Toronto Marlies, reported Sportsnet's Damien Cox during Saturday's Headlines segment.
The announcement shouldn't come as a surprise, as Maple Leafs acting general manager Kyle Dubas hired Keefe as head coach of the Greyhounds when he was the team's GM in 2012.
Keefe coached the Greyhounds to a 54-12-2 record this season, the best record in the OHL.
