The Denver Broncos have moved up to 23rd overall after swapping picks with the Detroit Lions.
The trade will see the Broncos send the Lions offensive lineman Manny Ramirez, their first-round pick this year (No. 28), a fifth-rounder this year and a fifth-rounder in 2016.
The deal was worked out Wednesday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
