Jefferson, Felton questionable for Mavs in Game 4
Chris Humphreys-USA TODAY Sports
Here's how things have gone for the Dallas Mavericks this past week: They lost their point guard, Rajon Rondo, due to his inability to co-exist with coach Rick Carlisle. Then, they lost their small forward, Chandler Parsons, to a knee injury.
Now, their replacements are banged up and questionable for Game 4 against the Houston Rockets.
Point guard Raymond Felton and small forward Richard Jefferson are dealing with hamstring and calf issues, respectively. Both started Game 3 in place of Rondo and Parsons.
Felton is expected to play; Jefferson's status is iffy. The forward only played 12 minutes in Game 3, but showed flashes of his old self in Game 2. Al-Farouq Aminu may get the start if he can't go.
