VIDEO: Harden nails clutch jumper, Ellis misses chance to tie

Monta Ellis has it all, but James Harden has even more.

Game 3 between the Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets came down the the wire and it was their respective shooting guards that settled the final score.

First, it was Harden with a chance to stretch the Rockets' lead. Harden got Mavericks center Tyson Chandler on an island and drained a step-back jumpshot to put Houston ahead:

Ellis responded with a drive to the basket. The Mavericks then fouled Corey Brewer, who split a pair of free throws to set up the last play.

The Mavericks again turned to Ellis, who got good separation and a clean look, but missed the open jumper to tie:

The win for Houston gives them a 3-0 series lead over the Mavericks as Harden finished with 42 as compared to Ellis's 34.
