It was a scary sight at Nassau Coliseum Tuesday.
Late in the first period of Game 4 between the Washington Capitals and New York Islanders, Capitals defenseman Brooks Orpik fell on teammate John Carlson's skate.
Orpik left for the dressing room bleeding heavily. Fortunately for the 34-year-old, the injury was not serious and he returned to the game.
