David Poile could use a mulligan.
Cody Franson and Mike Santorelli, the pair acquired from the Toronto Maple Leafs before the trade deadline, will not be in the Nashville Predators' lineup for Game 1 versus the Chicago Blackhawks.
Franson is out with a minor injury, while Santorelli is a healthy scratch, according to various reports.
Incredibly, they aren't the only two players traded for first-round picks who won't be on the ice. Blackhawks forward Antoine Vermette will sit in the press box too.
