Chicago Cubs top-prospect Kris Bryant has taken his assault on pitchers to the Triple-A level.
Despite clubbing a major-league leading nine home runs in spring training, Bryant was sent to the minor leagues but that hasn't slowed down his bat.
The 23-year-old hit his first home run with the Iowa Cubs on Saturday in a 13-0 win over the Memphis Redbirds.

"The first two nights, I didn't get much to hit and I was kind of going out of my comfort zone," Bryant told Pete Wickham of MLB.com. "Tonight I told myself to be a little more patient, wait 'em out and I got some more pitches to hit. It was a good night."
