VIDEO: Monchengladbach require 28 seconds to open scoring vs. Borussia Dortmund

In an all too familiar scene, it took next to no time for Borussia Dortmund to concede on Saturday.

Specifically, it took 28 seconds.

Visiting Borussia Monchengladbach, Jurgen Klopp's side showed a complete lack of defensive awareness right off the kickoff, giving up possession before an impressive passing sequence led to Oscar Wendt opening the scoring.

The early goal was eerily reminiscent of Dortmund's 4-2 win versus FSV Mainz 05 in February, where a defensive lapse saw Elkin Soto open the scoring after only 50 seconds.

It's also worth noting that Wendt's goal was the quickest in Monchengladbach's recorded history.
