Mir to face Duffee at July 15 Fight Night

Former two-time UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir will look to build on his February knockout of Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva when he faces Todd Duffee at UFC Fight Night on July 15.

The fight will take place at the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, Calif., and air on FOX Sports 1.

Duffee, who told MMAjunkie Radio he wanted this fight, is coming off a 33-second knockout of Anthony Hamilton and a knockout of Philip De Fries in his last two fights.

UFC Fight Night 72 now includes Mir versus Duffee, Tony Ferguson against Josh Thomson, and Igor Araujo versus Sean Strickland.
